Yes! You’ve finally found that perfect vase for the dining table, but now you also have a choice of three different sizes. Which size vase suits you best?
To estimate the size of e.g. a vase on a photo from a website remains difficult. You often can’t see the proportions well on the photo. The most important tip, to score the right size in one go, is to look at the dimensions on the website beforehand. This sounds very obvious, but in practice you see that this is often not done.
Suppose you see a vase of 35 cm high, then we advise you to grab an object, for example a table lamp or another vase of approximately the ratio of 35 cm. Place this object in the desired place and see how you find the proportion on the dining table. Always pay attention to the relevant diameters! With a vase, also keep in mind that if you want to purchase a bunch of (dried) flowers that are about half the number of centimeters above the vase. So with a vase of 35 cm, approximately 18 cm is added at least (sometimes even more), so that the height is suddenly 52 cm or higher.
